Divergent values between Power BI Desktop vs Power BI Service
- Anonymous1 year ago
Hi DGFranco7,
How did you publish this report to power bi service? Directly use power bi desktop publish feature or upload this report to the SharePoint/OneDrive online and use power bi service to getting data?
If you mean the second one, it only checks the uploaded pbix file and its model changes. The update processing did not response and triggered by the updates on your local pbix files or database records changes.

I have a table in my model that is not being updated in Power BI Online. How do I know this? Because when I download this report and update it through Power BI Desktop, this table updates correctly and brings results as below. I created a tabular visual with all the columns in this table:
In this other image is the report when I publish it and it is updated, it does not bring the information from this table. It does not have any type of filter, at least I did not find it in Power Query. I imagined it was the authenticated user of the database but after checking it is the same. What else could it be?
