Hello hamza_atmani ,  the sample Power BI Dashboard URL supplied does not appear to be valid or perhaps it has been removed for other reasons.   If you are the report author, create a new embed link and share it again.  If you are in the same Organization, contact an a Fabric Administrator for appropriate access.
