Distribute value equally on previous weeks

Hi all,

 

I have a dataset with weekly data where locations are full or empty, and when they go from full to empty a value of the total amount is generated.

 

In reality the emptying of the locations are starting many weeks earlier, and I would like to distribute the value equally on for example the last 8 weeks.  Does anyone have an idea how to do it?

 

Here is an example in Excel of what I'm trying to achieve:

      That is very unlikely to happen, there should be a minimum of 30 weeks of full before being empty, and perhaps 80 weeks on average.
