Distribute Filtered Power BI Dashboard
I have created a single dashboard for many clients with their individual results compared to the group of clients they are in.
I currently manually create a Powerpoint file from the dashboard for each client using the filters on the dashboard.
Is it possible for Flow to produce a PDF or powerpoint file using the dashboard filters?
Can this be triggered manually or when the Power BI file is updated?

I afraid that your requirement couldn't be achieved since the dashboard filters is not supported in microsoft flow currently and you have no any way to create a flow to produce a PDF or powerpoint file using the dashboard filters.
