Distinct count of employees

I need help to get distinct count of employees under the each lob and supervisor. I have hurdle is that for some agnets I have multiple supervisors in the selected period. 
I was created this to get like this. I want to get that denominator.

 

Rank of each agent in the team based on the performance/ total number of agents in the team
