Distinct count column shows incorrect grand total for date slicer

Hi,

This is my column that shows a distinct count of products by store for YTD. The row values are fine but the grand total is off. I just want the grand total to show a sum of all the values.

Screenshot 2021-09-03 165827.png

My code is as follows:

number_brands_YTD =
CALCULATE(
DISTINCTCOUNT('sv on_op_src3'[BrandName]),
FILTER(
ALL('Calendar'),
'Calendar'[Date] >= EDATE( DATE( YEAR(TODAY()), 1, 1 ), 2 )
&& 'Calendar'[Date] <= MAX('Calendar'[Date])
)
)
I also have a date slicer in place. What would be the best way to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Hi,

Try this measure

number_brands_YTD =
CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('sv on_op_src3'[BrandName]),DATESYTD('Calendar'[Date],"31/12"))
Hope this helps.
