Distinct New clients - Last FY, FYTD, Last month, this month

Hi Community,

I need help in calculating distinct new clients Last FY, FYTD, Last month, this month.

FY starts on July 1.

So, last FY = 1 Jul 20 - 30 Jun 2021

FYTD = 1 Jul 21 - today

Follwoing is my sample data set & expected result (in matrix form). Measure for 'This month' is in the Pbi file.

@Ashish_Mathur Thanks heaps! I want the solution to work without the financial year & month selection. It doesn't work if I remove financial year & month filters on the page. Please suggest.

Also, would you suggest why the totals are not correct?

You are welcome.  I have devoted anough time to framing this solution and would not like to invest more time on this new request.  May be someone else can help you wih this.

Hi @Anonymous

First you need to add FY column to Datedim

aj1973_0-1630760097260.png

And a column for month number

then use FY to determine the distinctcount of Client ID

@aj1973 thanks for replying, but this solution provides distinct clients, not distinct new clients.
