Distinct Count not working properly

In a matrix I have a column called Manager a column called Salesperson and a column called NoOfAds.

NoOfAds is a measure which distinct counts adnumbr .  

What is strange is that the number of ads measure against salesperson gives 252 unless we put the adnumbr column in it gives the correct number 52.

Its ok It seems the filters dont affect the measure itself.. 🙂
