I am searching for Displays scrolling text, ideal for showing dynamic information like a ticker or carousel. I want show there employee news on daily basis. is there any visual or logic available in power bi?

Agree with Ritaf1983, 
It may be difficult for Power BI to implement scrolling text at present. If you think this feature is important to you, you can find out if others have come up with the same idea as you and kudos for it., or you can post your idea here and kudos for it..

But I want to show record of table in scroller Is it possible? expample if ther is 3 record its show that 3 record only for each date.
