I have two tables how do I display them in the view table according to filters a,b, and c, taking from the target table by day and month

Sorry, but the expected results in your two screenshots are completely different. I am beginning to not understand what effect you want to achieve:
In addition, I also cannot understand why you display these 10 rows of data? Can you explain in detail what is the logic of which type of value is displayed for each date?
I can help you convert your original data into this format:
Please select the DATE column in Power Query, and then select Unpivot Other Columns:
Then "Close & Apply":
Next, how do you filter the data you want to view? Please explain your logic more clearly, thank you!
