Displaying product life cycle stag

Hi all,

I am pretty new here and this might be an easy question:

I would like to display the following:

y-axis: sales

x-axis: product life cycle stage (product development - intro - growth - maturity - decline)

for 5 different products.

Any ideas?

Thank you very much in advance

@Anonymous ,

You can depict this on Bar or Line chart. By taking Product Life cycle Stage on X-Axis, Sales Column on Y-Axis, and Product name in Legend property.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could try custome visual: Gantt Chart

HI @Tahreem24 ,

than kyou for your reply.

That sound like a good idea, however, while testing, I came across these two questions:

- How can I order/sort the values if the x-axis? I think the current order is random, but I do need the first product life cycle stage first (obviously)

- How can I add another stage to the x-axis, in order to display the all possible  "life cycle stages", although, I do not have data for each stage (atm)?

Thank you again and warm regards

Cathrin
