Displaying count of overdue task
- 3 years ago
I did not try this method, I used the first filter (<TODAY) and then created a second filter with date closed as well and that seems to be working.
Aslo did the same thing for due in 7/30 days., but used TODAY()+7, etc.
Hi DCS2011 ,
You can use the following DAX formula to display the number of overdue items, but not count the closed items in the process:
Overdue Items =
CALCULATE (
COUNTROWS ( Sheet ),
FILTER (
Sheet,
Sheet[completion due date] < TODAY ()
&& Sheet[date closed] = BLANK ()
)
)
This formula counts the number of rows in the Sheet table where the completion due date is less than today's date and the date closed is blank. This will give you the number of overdue items that are not closed.
Note that the formula assumes that the completion due date and date closed columns are in the Sheet table. You may need to adjust the formula to match the names of your columns.
