Displaying average time in [MM:SS] format

Tabular Editor 2 is a free tool, Tabular Editor 3 is not.
Tabular Editor 2 supports all the core capabilities including the solution for what you need.

Are the Calculation Groups added using Tabular Editor added on the Dashboard level or added to the Analysis Services database?

 

It seems that I need to have access tot he Analysis Services DB to create the Calculation Groups?

      Since I do not have access to the model or Analysis Services,

      what code do I need to provide admin so this Calculation Group is added?

        Send them the sample file I shared in the first message. It will show them the approach for that, they will maybe need to adjust it to your specific model..
