Hi all,
I have been a Power BI enthusiast since a couple of Months now and Iäve searched this forum to find an answer but could not find a solution, hope one of you can help! I attempt to do the following.
I have a simple table with information per row. I want to display both the Count in a Matrix Table and the information behind the Count.
Here is a visual example I already am able to do Table Count with Power BI but how do I accomplish to display it in the second way?
Thanks for your your ideas!
Mike
Table Count
Table Count including Info Behind each unique value
20 Views and no responses, is my problem definition not clear?
Hi @Anonymous,
I think matrix is impossible to show detail records, you can use table visual to achieve your requirement.
If above is not help, can you share us some sample data?

Xiaoxin Sheng
Hi @Anonymous,
Thanks for your response. Yes I've also come accros a normal table as a current solution nevertheless I am looking into the Matrix because I need it for a visualization of several processes.
Here is an example for an input table:
| ID | Text Line1 | Text Line 2 | Text Line 3 | Type | Letter Code |
| 1 | C | J | Y | Blue | a |
| 2 | F | R | G | Green | a |
| 3 | Z | S | W | Yellow | b |
| 4 | G | P | O | Blue | b |
| 5 | Q | F | G | Blue | c |
| 6 | A | U | D | Blue | c |
| 7 | V | Y | Y | Blue | b |
| 8 | T | W | K | Blue | c |
| 9 | H | M | F | Blue | b |
| 10 | X | T | K | Green | c |
| 11 | F | H | Z | Yellow | a |
| 12 | R | L | V | Yellow | b |
| 13 | F | L | B | Yellow | a |
| 14 | V | G | F | Yellow | a |
| 15 | K | N | H | Green | a |
| 16 | C | E | E | Green | a |
| 17 | M | A | L | Green | d |
| 18 | X | L | I | Green | d |
| 19 | X | K | B | Green | e |
| 20 | N | R | Z | Green | e |
Any input on that is more than welcome!
With kind regards,
Mike
