I have a two rows of data which are same except quantity. In power bi The records are not merged in DataView but merged in Report View.
Is there any way to display the mergd records in Data view?
Thank you

This is happening because rows are duplicates. You need to have an index column.

In matrix or table view. If Qty is the sum, it should display one row.
Hi @ami
In Table view, could you please tell me why it is not displaying the two rows?
Thank you!!
Right-click on Qty in Visualization pane and use do not summarize option. Check for any other field there is no summarization.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I have a data records with some duplicate records of same sales order, item, batch and etc.. so, in those cases we dont have an option to see the records.
Either the records are unique or add an index columns for the records.
