Display text from a table - selecting it by "type of text"

HI

I have a tabel called "Recommendations".

In that table i have 3 columns: Recommendation Id, Recommendation Type (either R or O) and Comment (long text, holding the recommendation).

My data looks something like this:

1, R, "Based on our review, you need to improve the way you run your purchasing process"

2, R, "Please update your emergency procedures"

3, R, "Investigate gaps in compliance against legisltaion"

4, O, "Have a tidy site"

5, O, "Check all lights are working'

6, O, "Make sure safety googles are always worn"

I want to create a visual which will show me all the "R" types in one visual in my report   and on a later report page, show all the "O" types.

I am unable to find a text visual which allows me to do this.  The "Comment" field can be a long piece of text, which typically covers 3-4 lines of text (my example above is short and brief, in reality, our recommendations contain much more text).

Can anyone irect me to a visual which will enable to do above ? or any ther way of doing it ?

thanks for everyones feedback.

Cheers, Aj

Hi @ajay-sf,

>>I want to create a visual which will show me all the "R" types in one visual in my report   and on a later report page, show all the "O" types.

You can use slicer or visual level filter to control which type will displayed in visual.

If you want to display multiple line in one cell, you can turn on the 'word warp' features.
