Display remaining percentage

What is the easiest way to display the remaining percentage of the following measure (ie. show 8% instead of 92%)?  Everything I've tried either returns the wrong value or applies a value to rows tha...

KBVelasco not sure if I understood it correctly, add another measure for remaining %

 

% Remaining  = 1 - [Budget Used]
