Display points within a selected distance from a selected point on map

Hi

I have coordinates data displaying sales points. I want to display/highlight all the points which are within a selected distance, from any point that is selected on map.

Hi, i have slightly varied requirement. 
the points are displayed on map, and user will click on one of the points, based on user selection, the points within the chosen radius are either highlighted in different color compared to the points beyond the radius. 

Trying to attach file but couldnt see an option here

Now the point is selected, but values are not updated.
