If you want to create a measure, just try this measure
Measrue = var _firstrow=CALCULATE(MIN('Table'[productID]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[InvoiceID],'Table'[InvoiceAmount])) return CALCULATE(MIN('Table'[InvoiceAmount]),FILTER('Table','Table'[productID]=_firstrow))Result:
