Similar to show all details on a pie chart, I'm trying to determine if there is a way to do something similar to show all or selected values on a stacked column or bar chart similar to the below example which shows both a count and a percentage.

It is not possible to show the chart as you described.
A workaround is drag the percentage column to Tooltips of Stacked column chart. Assume that you have the following table, you can create the percent measure in your table.
percent = CALCULATE(SUM(Table[Value]))/CALCULATE(SUM(Table[Value]),ALLEXCEPT(Table,Table[Date]))

Thanks for taking the time to respond. Unfortunately, your workaround does not satisfy the need as the goal is to have something that can ultimately be used in a PowerPoint presentation.
