Display multiple dates by event on a timeline

Hello, not sure if this is the same issue, but I am trying to have 4 project dates shown on a single timeline and represented as an image. The picture below is an example of what I am trying to achieve. Each line represents an active project that is either In-Progress (indicated with a black line) or Scheduled (indicated with two circles).

The circle to the left of each line represents the project EST. Start, and the circle to the right represents the EST. End dates. The black bar indicates the duration calculated by Actual start date and either Est. End or the Revised Est. End date. I have removed the project names as it is sensitive data to my previous company. My current organization does not use the previous tool that I was able to create the visual below, thus I am trying to do it in Power BI.

Basically, one can now see a pattern of those projects that either started early, on time, or late based on where the black bar indicator starts. The same holds true for the End date, if the bar stops short of the end date the project completed early. If it goes pat the Est End date, then it is late. Those projects with only circles represent Scheduled projects. Using this visual a patter will emerge quickly as to if projects are on time and what other projects are scheduled to begin in the future. It’s a good way to plan resource capacities.
