Display data with different time duration together

I have to show weekly data in two years together, in which the data in previous year has 52 weeks, and the data in current year has YTD. I would like to know how to show them together like the pictur...

Yes. But what I got is. It won't display all the weeks for 2017.

Change type as continuous to categorical under x axis properties.
