Display data for today

Hi,

I need to show data for today's date. I have a Fact Table where in I am storing data on a daily basis. I need to use today's date as a visual level filter or page level filter for my visualization. But the date can not be static, it has to be dynamic. How can I achieve this?

Hi @Anonymous,

I would suggest adding additional column to your date dimension. There will be condition to compare the date with today function, if values are equal, then the value of column will be for example YES, if not then NO.

You can use it then in your report as page/report level filter with selected value as YES.
