Display blank and 0

Hi All The blank space in below column is 0% , but power bi shows it as blank . How can i set to show 0 insteas of blank   thanks,

    Hi ktt777 

    The most convenient way is to add a measure to determine whether the value is a null value, if it returns 0, if not, return the original value .

    Measure = IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Value])=BLANK(),0,SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Value]))

    The effect is as shown :
