Display a trend icon in a visual as shown below

I have attached an image and would like to create the 4th trend visual shown below.

Not sure how to show the trend arrow as shown above and when it trends down then show a down arrow. also possibly change colours as apply conditional formatting, my KRIs are green = > 90%, yellow =80 - 89%, and red = < 80%.
