Hello,
I'm building a simple data matrix that and was wondering if achieving a certain visual is possible.
These are the rows, columns and values of my data matrix.
Currently I'm drilling down with the setting Row headers > Stepped layout: ON.
So my data looks as following.
I would like to disable the stepped layout setting, but only for the Hour column.
So when the user drills down - Year,Quarter,Month,Week and Day are in the same column, but when looked at Hourly granularity it should be adding the Hour column (as shown in the image below).
Is such functionality possible in Power BI? Or is it an all or none scenario?
Thank you.
@ed_raji , I doubt the second one is possible, You can try stepped layout - off.
You might need to use a concatenated Year, qtr, month, week day, etc in one column
