Display a Excel like static row number using the Table visual

Hi All,

Our users have expressed a need to have an Excel like static row number so that during presentations, it becomes easier for the presenter to draw the attention of the audience to a specific row.  

Does the Table visual have the capability to display a static row number like Excel?

Index columns

This is not to be confused with the Index column which can be created via Power Query .  The Index number is not static because when you sort some other column, the values of the index change.
