You can just apply a Visual Level Filter to get the TOP N cosmetic.

Regards,

Is this option available  ie. advance , basic , top N only in new update of Power BI desktop

2nd query

How to dynamically display only the top 10 values (either by count or %) in vertical bar chart, if you select any of the filters. ?

Currently it changes by way of highlighted, but in this way we may have to scroll down the bar to see other options. There is should be some way it shows only only Top 10 values. (either by count or %).

Other option to achieve this is by Pareto chart - ? is this visualization available out of the box in Power BI. ? ( in recent updates). Can we do this via measures.
