Display Row based on rolling 12 month

Hi all,

I have table as below;

Currently I am using slicer for Date that come from Date Table which relationship to above table using Target Date column.

The slicer is single select e.g December 2023 or April 2023. 

The question is, how can i display data on table visual which is rolling 12 month. Example, if I select December 2023 it will show both Apple and Grapes row (Rolling 12 month).
