    Morning bprokop 

    Try this measure...

     

    VAR SelectedHospitals =
    CALCULATETABLE (
        ALLSELECTED ( Data ),
        REMOVEFILTERS ( Data[Hospital ID] )
    )
RETURN
    RANK (
        SKIP,
        SelectedHospitals,
        ORDERBY ( Data[National Rank], ASC )
    )

     

     

    I think this is the desired result?
