Display Filter Values from Summary report to Drill-through report

Hi,
I have a summary report that uses a Date slider filter only. 
The rest of the insights are charts by manufacturer, product, etc.

I need to be able to display the filter values in a text box on the drill-through report that will display the date values in the slider, such as:
Date : between xx/xx/xxx and xx/xx/xxx
Product: ABC
Mnaufacturer: XYZ

Mmanufacturer and Product are part of bar charts/ pie charts and NOT slicer filters.
