Discontinuous data fix power BI desktop

Good day, 

Can anyone please help me with this issue: 

I have missing data for some weeks as seen on the chart which causes line plot to be discontinuous.

I have selected continuous option :

But everytime I select it, it automatically reverts back to categorical. Is this an issue from power bi or from my side?

In other words, when you restart the .pbix file, the type of the X axis becomes ‘Categorical’?

I didn't reproduce your problem.

My Power BI Desktop version: 2.91.701.0 64-bit (March 2021) Which is your version? If it's not the same as mine, please update to the latest version.

You can make the chart plot 0 for the missing data.
