Disappearing borders

I have created reports in Power BI Desktop. However, sometimes some of the borders for the visuals disappear when the report is posted on an institutional page (but the borders show up on the Power B...

    IT suggested removing the borders from my report as one solution. They also made some slight tweaks to the way the reports are displayed in the portal, and it seems to working now as I have removed the borders. I'm not sure exactly what was changed in the portal by IT, though, unfortunately.

JP-COE not sure what you refer to institutional site? Are they embedding visual/report in their portal/site? if yes, how they are doing it?

    Yes, it is an institutional data portal. We give them the iFrame data for the report, and then they publish it through the portal. I can try to hunt down some more documentation from them if that would be helpful?
