Disabling cross highlighting/filtering by Default setting doesn't work

This is a known issue in Power BI where the "Disabling cross highlighting/filtering by default" setting under Query Reduction does not persist or apply as expected. It is not resolved as the issue still exists.
We understand the inconvenience caused by the issue where the "Disabling cross highlighting/filtering by default" setting under Query Reduction does not persist or work as expected. This concern has been reported by multiple users and is being discussed in the Microsoft Fabric Community and Ideas forum.
As it seems to be a known issue, possibly due to a bug or incomplete implementation, we are hopeful that Microsoft will address it in a future update. In the meantime, we request your patience and recommend manually adjusting the interactions as a temporary workaround.
