Disabling a pop up window

Is there a way to turn off a pop-up window that comes up when hovering over a table visual?

Turn pop-ups on or off
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
To the right of the address bar, tap More. Settings.
Tap Permissions. Pop-ups and redirects.
Turn off Pop-ups and redirects.

That sounds like the tooltip? You can switch that off in the format pane for the visual

@AntonioM  Right, I turned it off but even then there is like a pop up window when hovering over a table visual.
