How to disable automatic detection of relationships between tables when the data load?

File->Options->Current File->Data Load->Relationships

 

Turn off "Autodetect new relationship after data is loaded"

Is your datasource a relational database? In the option record you can specify [CreateNavigationProperties = false]

 

Something like this: Sql.Database(server, database, [CreateNavigationProperties = false])
