Hi&nbsp;jnie&nbsp;It seems that you used some columns of the result of the automatically created hierarchy columns as a keys for the relationship between the tables of the model.you can see all the relationships from the "Manage relationship" window:

find the relationship by columns like Day, year, month, etc...remove them, and then disable&nbsp;auto date time.

Ritaf1983&nbsp; Thanks for the sugjestion and I thought that might be it too, but when I open a new blank BI report and try to toggle the setting it get the same error.&nbsp; &nbsp;Any thoughts on why that would be?&nbsp;&nbsp;

If it will not help,&nbsp;try to uninstall and reinstall Power BI desktop
