Disable auto date time

Ritaf1983  Thanks for the sugjestion and I thought that might be it too, but when I open a new blank BI report and try to toggle the setting it get the same error.   Any thoughts on why that would be?

    Try to clear the cache :

    If it will not help, 
    try to uninstall and reinstall Power BI desktop

      even uninstalling and re installing i get the same
