Disable a specific filter pane filter from affecting a single visualisation

Question

Is it possible to prevent a filter pane filter from filtering a specific visualisation in Power BI?

For example, I have a matrix with a field and simple sum. I have another field in the filter pane, that 'Filters on this page'. Can I somehow disable this filter from affecting the matrix? There is no option in Edit Interactions.
