Disable Q&A Visual Creation on Double-Click

Hello,

Wondering if anyone knows of a way to disable the "feature" which automatically creates a Q&A visual on double-click in Power BI desktop.

In 8 months of using Power BI, never once have I actually intended to create a Q&A via this method, but dozens of times it has been triggered inadvertantly, and it seems to be happening more frequently in recent updates, especially when Power BI is running slowly or lagging.

Finding a way to disable this feature would eliminate no small amount of cursing from my daily routine 🙃

Hi @ebeery

Based on my research, it's not able to turn it off.

Hello, you must unpin the visual in the visualizations menu.

HI @ebeery

I am afraid there is no option to turn off the suggested questions of Q&A.

You just can add custom questions for it.

To make Power BI better, you can submit your request at Power BI Ideas and vote it up.
