Dinamic Temporal Analysis Chart: Cumulative Values Over Years, Months, and Weeks

Hi, I want to create a chart with the following criteria for the x-axis (Date Value):

1. For data from NOT current year: display cumulative information for the entire year. Example: Current year is 2024, so, the chart only shows one bar which represent all values from 2023.
2. For data from the current year but NOT current month: show cumulative information by month within the current year. Example: Current date is Feb 2024, so, the chart shows one bar with the values for each month (without February) in 2024.
3. For data from the current year and current month: display information by weeks. Example: Current date is Feb 2024, so, for that month, the chart shows the values for each weeek in February
4. Ensure the chart visualizes information over time, encompassing both current, past and next years. Showing all the accumulated values since the beggining. Thanks
