Different segmenter dependent value between two numbers

Share a quick sample of data so i can take a look.
Looking at the video, my question is related to:
I need both Upper and Lower yellow marked values, dynamic from a slicer filter between two values.
In my case I added a column in the database table called:
--> "Yes" or "No" Kgs Range = IF(Sheet1[Kgs]<5.00,"No",IF(Sheet1[Kgs]>12.00,"No","Yes"))Then, I have a total number of "Yes" and "No". But, what I would need dynamic linked to a slicer filter would be the red values.I hope that´s enough explanation, if not please ask me.And a BIG thank you for your help.
