Different results when using merge query and relationship

Hi,

I have an issue in Power BI with different result using merge query in query editor and using relationship in desktop.

Here is the result:

https://ibb.co/9yLZwHC

The column on the right is coming from the relationship and the column in the middle is based on the merging.

https://ibb.co/FXTCM7X (Relationship)

https://ibb.co/j8Q9xhD (Merge)

What I discover is it seems that the issue is coming when the last part of the key contains letter (example 207C3 or 126A0)

https://ibb.co/yqYhf5K

But when it is only numeric it works (example 10410) :

I don't really understand why the relationship is working perfectly but not the merge when last part of the key contains letter.

Key (ZPCSO) used for all link is text type in all tables.

Thanks to let me know if you have any idea.

@BI_MI ,

Yes, you need to remove the non-printable character firstly before merging.

@v-yuta-msft  Thanks a lot !

You are right I had unprintable object.

Does it mean that the relashionship and the merge query use different option ?

@BI_MI ,

Please check if there is any unprintable text in ZPCSO.
