Different filters in my visualizations

Hello!

I'm trying to set 2 filters in my report.

-Filter #1: filters all the visuals in my report (except one that shows history)

-Filter #2: for visual that shows historical information.

For example: I would like to set in the filter #1 the date 07/26/2024, and I expect all the dashboard to show the information of that date, and, at the same time, the history report shows the information of the whole month #07

Do you know how can I achieve these result?
