Different decimal number separators for language variations of reports

I need to make 2 versions (2 languages) of my report that will be published at our website publicly available.

In my local language, we use comma as separator in decimal numbers and english uses point.

I know how to change culture, setting data types using Locale, loading different input data (csv with . or ,)...

The tutorials for multilingual reports I watched were all concerned about the text but never cared about differences in the decimal separator.

The problem is, at the end, decimal numbers are shown always with comma due to the local version of PBI and our report server.

When I managed to make english version with a point, the settings of our report server overrun the original settings of pbi and has shown a comma. I need to have two versions at the same time, english and local, is that even possible?
