Different Tenant ID Power BI datasets integration Solution

Dear Team,

I am looking out for the solution for the below reporting requirement in Power BI.

Our Organization is a group level and we are using 5 different tenants under our group, each tenant will be having 4 companies. Example: (Tenant1 is for III, CPM, IPM, MPI companies).

We are using “M365 Usage Analytics reports” under office 365 inbuilt report to check our usage and other report summary. However, single report contains the data for single tenant (Example: Tenant1), but our management don’t want to navigate 5 different reports to check the report for other tenants (Tenant2 to Tenant5) and they would like to see all 5 tenants data in single inbuilt report.

Can someone advise us on how to achieve this requirement?

Thanks,

P.K.Divakar

hi @DivakarKrishnan

To my knowledge, it couldn't achieve that put different Tenant dataset into M365 Usage Analytics reports” directly.

So you could try to use amitchandak's way to extract the Audit Log into power bi desktop and create a report manually.
