    what I would do is that I would download the service power bi file and would see how the number is calculating.

Hello Ninja_Powered ,

 

can you check the reset refresh in service, because there shouldn't be any difference.

    Idrissshatila Yes that was one of the first things I checked and it didn't make a difference.
