Difference between Power BI dataFlows and dataFlow?

Hi guys, 

 

I would like to ask what is the difference between Power BI dataFlows and dataFlow for connector?

I would like to know which one is faster.

@tracytran91  When you use both of these, turn on the Formula bar in Power Query Editor (View tab, tick Formula bar) and you'll see the difference in the M function that is called.
