I have been looking where they moved this option to in the latest updates and I can't find it anywhere. Before, you could see it right after the options for aggregation

You need in the first step select the type of aggregation and then how to show it:
if you use "on-object interaction"
It is 2 steps
1. You should put the measure with the calculation
2. Right-click and then choose how to show it :
