Did not mach in dataflow data and desktop data

I am having trouble with the data in the data flow and the desktop data used with it.

There was a issue where the data in the data flow did not match the data on the desktop. There is clearly less data on the desktop.

To confirm this, I grouped them and did a count.
Below is a comparison of the dataflow and the dataflow data imported to the desktop.

Has anyone else had this happen?
Is this a bug?

Any Datetime filters?  Remember that the Power BI service runs on UTC.

Thank you for your reply. I have checked and there is no filter on the date.

I compared each process between Datafolw and Desktop to see where the difference starts, and it was at the filter.

The data was displayed on Dataflow, but when utilizing the Dataflow data on Desktop, the part of Dataflow that was not visible was where the data was blank (not null).

I am a little concerned about the difference between the Dataflow data and the Desktop data, but I was able to work around it by changing the filter conditions.
Anyway, I appreciate your advice.
